Coaching Positions Available - 2025

As a coach at Sydney Uni SFC, you will have the opportunity to cultivate both your own skills in your football coaching career and those of your players within the dynamic settings of Australia’s premier sporting university and its largest sporting club.

FNSW WOMEN & GIRLS HEAD OF FOOTBALL

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for a head of football to oversee it’s women’s and girls programs. As an SUSFC employee you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

 Provide overarching technical leadership across all women’s and girls’ programs, ensuring alignment with FNSW benchmarks, effective player pathways into senior squads, and a strong development culture. Responsibility to develop , with the Men’s and Boys Head of Football, the playing philosophy of the club and ensure alignment of that philosophy through the program. PLEASE APPLY.

 All Coaches will require a current Working with Children certificate. FFA coaching qualification or equivalent is essential; an A-License is the minimum coaching requirement for this position, we will take into account if you are a current B-Licence holder looking to enrol on A- Licence in 2026. Applications close Tuesday 7th of October 2025.

FNSW MEN & BOYS HEAD OF FOOTBALL

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for a head of football to oversee it’s men’s and boy’s programs. As an SUSFC coach you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for a technical director/head of youth in our GYL/GJDL to expand our 2026 coaching staff. As an SUSFC coach you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

 You will be responsible for leading technical development and coaching standards across all girls’ programs (U10–U18), ensuring clear pathways into Women senior NPL. PLEASE APPLY.

 All Coaches will require a current Working with Children certificate. FFA coaching qualification or equivalent is essential; a B-License is the minimum coaching requirement for this position. Prior Technical Director or equivalent experience (within GYL or GJDL) would be desirable. Applications close Tuesday 7th October 2025.

FNSW BOYS YOUTH TECHNICAL DIRECTOR/HEAD OF YOUTH

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for a technical director/head of youth in our BYL/MJDL to expand our 2026 coaching staff. As an SUSFC coach you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

You will be responsible for leading technical development and coaching standards across all BOYS’ programs (U9–U18), ensuring clear pathways into Men’s senior NPL. PLEASE APPLY

All Coaches will require a current Working with Children certificate. FFA coaching qualification or equivalent is essential; a B-License is the minimum coaching requirement for this position. Prior Technical Director or equivalent experience (within BYL or MJDL) would be desirable. Applications close Tuesday 7th October 2025.
