Coaching Positions Available - Season 2026

As a coach at Sydney Uni SFC, you will have the opportunity to cultivate both your own skills in your football coaching career and those of your players within the dynamic settings of Australia’s premier sporting university and its largest sporting club.

FNSW NPL WOMEN U23 - Head Coach

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for a FNSW NPL Women U23 - Head Coach. As an SUSFC employee you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

 Provide overarching technical and tactical leadership across our U23’s Women’s squad, ensuring player development in a competitive player focussed environment . Working closely with our Women’s head of Football and the Senior Women’s head coach you will be provided with all the tools required for success. PLEASE APPLY

 All Coaches will require a current Working with Children certificate. FFA coaching qualification or equivalent is essential; a B-License or enrolled on a B licence is minimum requirement for this position. Relevant SIA accreditation also as essential requirement. FNSW GIRLS YOUTH LEAGUE 1 U15 - Head Coach

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for a GYL U15 Head Coach. As an SUSFC coach you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

 Provide overarching technical and tactical leadership across our GYL15 squad ensuring alignment with FNSW benchmarks and the clubs strong development culture. Responsibility to develop an aspiring squad of players. Working closely with the technical director you will be provided with all to tools required for success. PLEASE APPLY

FNSW BOYS YOUTH TECHNICAL DIRECTOR/HEAD OF YOUTH

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for a technical director/head of youth in our BYL/MJDL to expand our 2026 coaching staff. As an SUSFC coach you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

You will be responsible for leading technical development and coaching standards across all BOYS’ programs (U9–U18), ensuring clear pathways into Men’s senior NPL. PLEASE APPLY

All Coaches will require a current Working with Children certificate. FFA coaching qualification or equivalent is essential; a B-License is the minimum coaching requirement for this position. Prior Technical Director or equivalent experience (within BYL or MJDL) would be desirable. Applications close on the 5th of December 2025.

SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

You will be responsible for leading technical development and coaching standards across our MJDL programs (U9–U12), ensuring clear pathways into Boys Youth League. PLEASE APPLY

All Coaches will require a current Working with Children certificate. FFA coaching qualification or equivalent is essential; a B-License is the minimum coaching requirement for this position. Prior Technical Director or equivalent experience (within MJDL or GJDL) would be desirable. Applications close on the 5th of December 2025.

FNSW MJDL - Assistant Coaches

Sydney University SFC is currently looking for two MJDL assistant coaches to expand our 2026 coaching staff. As an SUSFC coach you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills in an already ambitious & successful program. SUSFC will provide you the chance to establish yourself by providing the platform to grow and succeed within a good coaching environment.

You will be responsible for leading technical development and coaching standards across our MJDL programs (U9–U12), ensuring clear pathways into Boys Youth League. PLEASE APPLY

All Coaches will require a current Working with Children certificate. FFA coaching qualification or equivalent is essential; a foundation of football certificate is the minimum coaching requirement for this position. Prior grass roots coaching or equivalent experience (within MJDL or GJDL) would be desirable. Applications close on the 5th of December 2025.
