The Football NSW Girls Youth League One represents the highest level of girls' football in New South Wales. The league features fourteen teams across four age categories: U14, U15, U16, and U18. Teams compete in a round-robin format, playing each other twice throughout the season. At the conclusion of the season, a Premier is determined. The top four teams at the end of the season advance to the Championship Series. Teams are ranked based on their final standings in the league ladder.
